The Talent Acquisition Partner is a strategic and tactical talent acquisition partner, leading highly effective searches to identify and hire top talent across the organization and is also the champion for maximizing recruiting systems and processes to deliver highly-efficient and scalable talent acquisition solutions.
This role proactively identifies and recruits top talent, while managing the end-to-end recruiting process for their client groups’ hiring needs. You will use your expertise to identify, evaluate, and manage proactive recruitment sourcing plans, and you will also manage various special Talent Acquisition projects.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Lead and manage all facets of each search including initial research and planning phase, candidate identification/sourcing, assessment, development and presentation, offer and close.
Lead recruitment process continuous improvement initiatives, recommending and deploying new recruiting methodologies, tools and resources.
Communicate recruiting strategies to hiring manager and advise on job profiles and potential candidates, acting as a resource throughout the process, ensuring that candidates are thoughtfully considered and compared against job requirements, desired qualifications and cultural fit.
Maintain effective/proactive communication keeping all stakeholders informed and influence the search process with a strong consultative approach.
Provide training, guidance, and coaching to leaders on TA policy and procedures, employment/labor laws, interview techniques, diversity, and organizational development to promote best practices in hiring and screening methods to attract and deliver high quality hires.
Make recommendations and advise leadership on talent acquisition and best practices for compliant recruitment process that result in measurable results.
Responsible for updating and maintain accurate information within the ATS.
Complies with company policy and EEO/ADA guidelines.
Promote the company image to candidates and external service providers.
Develop networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Provide overflow recruiting support to other departments or recruiters, as needed.
Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
5-7 years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a medium to high volume, corporate environment
4 year degree is highly preferred
Demonstrated experience in recruiting for wide variety of exempt and non-exempt positions in multiple functional disciplines, including technology
Strong consultative approach with a demonstrated ability to develop successful business partner relationships at all levels of an organization
Experience in researching, developing, and implementing new candidate sourcing and search methods for both passive and active candidates
Resourceful and effective use of search engines, job sites, social networks, etc.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational skills
Big picture orientation with attention to detail and the ability to deal appropriately with confidential information
Business acumen, the ability to understand how the position s/he is recruiting for fits into the business/department.
Must have demonstrated knowledge and experience in HR recruiting processes and practices (i.e., compensation, EEO laws, interviewing skills, sourcing strategies, etc.)
Technical recruiting acumen and experience and sound understanding of Human Resource Information Systems
Deep understanding of HR data, reports, metrics analysis, and trends.
Analytical acumen, intellectual curiosity, and creativity.
Excellent time management, project management, and organizational skills.
Strong marketing/selling and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior management, candidates, and hiring managers.
Equivalent combination of experience and/or education may be considered.

This position works in an office environment.
10% anticipated travel for this position, primarily within North America
