Description:

National Leader with 70+ years of success in Mentor is looking for a Customer Service Assistant for quality control.  The position is an administrative role that requires attention to detail and data entry skills.

Please note ~ This position is from 12-9 pm and works three-week days and both weekends.

Responsibilities: 

  • Processes proof of service paperwork and invoices
  • Communicates directly with customers and vendors for Quality Control Calls.
  • Data entry into internal CRM system and Excel.
  • Monitor emails and forward to proper teams.
  • Light clerical duties.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned

Qualifications: 

  • Detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Effective time management skills, organization and ability to set up schedules and keep customers notified of projects.
  • Strong people skills with the ability to effectively communicate verbally and written, with customers, vendors and employees.
  • Knowledge of Excel a must. A minimum of basic skills within Excel is required.
