Customer Service Assistant – Ticket Processor (Ohio)

National Leader with 70+ years of success in Mentor is looking for a Customer Service Assistant for quality control. The position is an administrative role that requires attention to detail and data entry skills.
Please note ~ This position is from 12-9 pm and works three-week days and both weekends.
Processes proof of service paperwork and invoices
Communicates directly with customers and vendors for Quality Control Calls.
Data entry into internal CRM system and Excel.
Monitor emails and forward to proper teams.
Light clerical duties.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned
Detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Effective time management skills, organization and ability to set up schedules and keep customers notified of projects.
Strong people skills with the ability to effectively communicate verbally and written, with customers, vendors and employees.
Knowledge of Excel a must. A minimum of basic skills within Excel is required.
