National Leader with over 70 years of service is seeking a Customer Care Specialist for their North East Branch office located in Mentor, Ohio. We are seeking talented customer focused individuals that are detail oriented and have the ability to handle multiple tasks. This position is a grave shift working 8:30pm to 4:30am with occasion weekend work.
Responsibilities to include are the ability to organize and control account customer service operations.
Assist corporate customers with large, nationwide commercial accounts
Create work order tickets and dispatch contractors and vendors for client services
Receive calls daily from contractors to assign work, follow up on services and solve issues
Routine communication with customers via phone and email providing prompt, professional service as well as addressing any escalated issues timely and efficiently
Document activity into internal database and MS Excel for easy reference for management and accounting
Ability to organize and control customer service operations.
Effective time management skills, thorough follow-through, high level of organization and ability to effectively problem solving.
Strong people skills with the ability to effectively communicate verbally and written, with customers, vendors and employees.
Knowledge of Word & Excel a must. A minimum of basic skills within Excel is required.
