A diversified, community-based financial services company with trillions in assets is seeking a Brand & Advertising Manager in downtown San Francisco!
Recommends, develops and executes a comprehensive brand, advertising or experiential marketing strategy across company’s businesses.
Ensures all programs adhere to compliance regulations/policies and brand standards.
Responsibilities include reviewing industry research and competitive activities to identify new trends, seeking innovative brand/advertising strategies and methodologies; guiding development and implementation of brand/advertising equity measurements; and developing and executing improvements.
Responsibilities may include may include ensuring effective spend levels, optimal media/message mix and scheduling; recommending, developing and executing brand architecture that maximizes brand potential providing a solid foundation for revenue/market growth; directing development of experiential marketing structure, guidelines and execution to test targeted population segments; recommending, developing and executing a comprehensive advertising architecture.
May develop and manage strategic national sponsorships and experiential marketing initiatives; and/or support maintenance of company’s history and brand.
May manage relationships with top tier national advertising agencies, media organizations and vendors to create and execute campaigns to reach traditional and non-traditional audiences.
Work is accomplished through managers and/or consultants.
8+ years brand and advertising experience and 6+ years management experience.
Must have in-depth consumer lending and credit experience.
