Customer/Provider Service Reps (Clairemont Mesa)

A healthcare company in San Diego, CA is seeking a Customer/Provider Service Representative. Under the supervision of the Customer Service Supervisor, the Customer Service Representative's primary job function is to promote favorable relationships with members, providers, and health plans through the prompt, accurate and courteous resolution of issues.

Basic Qualifications:

  • H.S. Diploma, GED, or Equivalent 
  • Call center experience  
  • Customer service experience in a physician office, hospital or other healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of health plan benefits, claims, and ICD10/CPT coding
  • Basic computer skills utilizing Excel, EZ Cap, Word, Outlook, Access, Epic, & Echo Access

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish
