Marketing Program Manager (San Francisco)

A diversified, community-based financial services company with trillions in assets is seeking a Marketing Program Manager in downtown San Francisco!
Responsible for consulting, planning, developing and executing marketing and/or sales development strategies and programs for a large line of business or complex business channel/region in support of business or product line goals.
Specific responsibilities may include a mix of the following: product/sales collateral design, development, distribution; regional/channel marketing and sales support including local advertising and brand awareness, sponsorships, promotions and sales campaigns; support for de novo store openings; sales incentive design and tracking; acquisition/utilization/retention/cross-sell initiatives; tracking, analysis and reporting on trends and program effectiveness/P&L impact, ensuring programs adhere to compliance/privacy regulations and policies.
Integrates information across projects, presents findings and recommended solutions to senior management.
May negotiate vendor contracts and manage vendor relationships.
Mentors lower level staff.
May directly manage 1-2 consultants and/or lead virtual teams working on complex projects.
At least 5 years marketing experience.
Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel; SharePoint site management.
Excellent written communications
5+ years marketing experience.
Localization and translation project manager experience.
Experienced in enterprise translation management tools, preferably SDL TMS and Studio; translation request queue / workflow management
Professional Chinese translation experience.
