A large publicly traded company and on of San Diego’s premier employers is looking to hire a Project Coordinator who will provide general administrative support for a technical project team.
We are looking for a competent Project Coordinator to undertake a variety of administrative and project tasks. This person will help in planning and organizing systems and procedures in order for the department to carry out important operational duties around Emergency Response. Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices and implementing changes. Supports program monitoring and tracking. Supports management team in daily resource scheduling and workflow management. Provides information by answering questions and requests from internal stakeholders. Maintains records, aggregates data, performs data analysis, and creates reports/updates for management team. Helps build positive relationships within the team and internal stakeholders.
