A dynamic and growing mortgage banker in Lake Forest is seeking an Executive Assistant.
This role performs a wide variety of tasks and will report directly to the HR Manager, acting as his/her Executive Assistant and with CEO/COO. You will also be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office including supporting staff and completing critical tasks.
Purchasing of office supplies and equipment
Assistance with basic IT issues
Interfacing with outside vendors
Recognizing and responding quickly to office needs
Coordinate employee luncheons
Responding to routine correspondence
Assisting with travel arrangements, meeting preparation, and calendar coordination
Hand incoming calls
Hand incoming/outgoing mail
Meeting urgent leadership needs
Work directly with CEO/COO when needed
On-boarding new employees nationwide
Posting new positions and coordinating recruitment logistics
Completing various payroll-related activities when needed Aggressive salary/benefit package
At least 3 years of administrative support experience.
High School Diploma or GED
3+ years of experience in a mortgage or financial institution
Proficient in MSOffice applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
