Utilize automated underwriting systems when required by an investor.
Basic Qualifications:
At least 10 years’ current mortgage underwriting experience
DE/LAPP/SAR certifications required
Proficient in use of DU and LP
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced knowledge of DU and LP
Advanced knowledge of Encompass
