A dynamic and growing mortgage banker in Lake Forest seeks a Closer/Closing Disclosure Specialist to join their team on a Direct Hire basis with a remote option.
Responsibilities:
Prepares closing loan package for all loan types
Prepares Closing Disclosures
Contacts Title Companies, Attorneys, Loan Officers, Processors and Insurance Companies to obtain documentation necessary to close mortgage loans
Monitors loan status on a continual basis to ensure that timely/qualify standards are achieved.
Manages Closing Docs email accordingly
Advises all parties of any changes or issues that may occur to ensure high quality standards and customer service
Responsible for balancing loan figures with Escrow prior to drawing CD and Closing Documents
Basic Qualifications:
4+ years of experience drawing loan documents including closing disclosures
4+ years of proficient/strong knowledge working in Encompass
Preferred Qualifications
Strong knowledge of TRID
Team player with strong written and oral communication skills
Self-motivated and ability to manage daily responsibilities
Strong organization skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
Excellent Customer Service skills
