Human Resources Project Assistant
A large publicly traded company and one of San Diego’s premier employers is looking to hire an HR Project Assistant to undertake a variety of administrative and project based tasks. This individual will act as the primary point of contact for company quarantine requirements in coordination with company policies while ensuring compliance with state and federal laws. This role requires the ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with employees, supervisors, and external providers using tact and diplomacy when explaining decisions. It is also essential that the candidate be able to maintain strict confidentiality of all information and materials. This is a contract position that is 100% remote(work from home) but the candidate must be based in San Diego.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a role where you have supported a project that involved the implementation of company policies and/or state and federal regulations.
1 Year of experience entering and working with data in MS Excel
High School Diploma or GED
A valid Driver’s license
4-years’ experience in Employee Leave and/or Company Policy interpretation
