A dedicated mortgage lender in the City of Orange seeks a Post-Closing Shipper on a DIRECT HIRE basis.
Responsibilities:
Receipt in and scan all incoming Trailing Documents, such as Recorded Deeds/Mortgages and Final Title Policies.
Review Trailing Document Reports from Investors.
Prepare Transmittals and ship Trailing Documents to respective Investors.
Contact Title and/or Escrow for Final Title Policies and/or Final Settlement Statements.
Assist Funders with Verbal Employment Verification.
Assist Doc Drawer with incoming Loan Documents.
Basic Qualifications:
At least 2 years as a Post Closer
At least 1 year of Encompass
Preferred Qualification:
Strong Communication Skills
Organized
Detailed Oriented
Team Player
