A reputable mortgage lending company in San Diego seeks a Mortgage Post Closing Analyst to join their team on a DIRECT HIRE basis! 

The Post Closing Analyst is bullheaded with details, and can multi-task with the best of them. You will work independently while providing the highest level of integrity while reviewing loan data in the Loan Origination System, Encompass, against Final Loan Approval, Lock Confirmation, Loan Application, and other documents per doc checklist.


  • Review/prepares loan documents for compliance with TRID regulations (LE’s and CD’s are completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and procedures)
  • Draw and prepare all loan documents meeting required time frames also ensuring the accuracy of each document
  • Maintains a high level of customer service with quick response times and accurate information (both internally and externally)
  • Balance loan to Settlement Statement with closing agent
  • Analyze credit package and loan docs for accuracy
  • Responsible for preparing post closing document disclosures

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years experience drawing documents
  • Encompass experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Mortgage Industry knowledge from previous Processing or Funding position
