Disclosure Manager

A rapidly growing Mortgage Banker is seeking a Closing Disclosure Manager to join their team immediately. As the Closing Disclosure Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the team that prepares the initial loan disclosures, ensuring that the disclosures are in compliance with TRID, state, federal and government guidelines, and providing ongoing mentorship and supervision supporting team growth and accuracy.


  • Manage Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure Pipelines to ensure disclosures are completed within set turnaround times and quality expectations.
  • Manage rush requests and complaint resolution.
  • Evaluate processes and implement changes to ensure consistency, compliance and best practices.
  • Train/Cross train team as needed.
  • Stay on top of production volume and balance where needed.
  • Responsibly maintain consumer’s confidential personal and financial information
  • Utilize DocuSign to send out disclosures package to consumers electronically or send out via mail.
  • Understand and train Change of Circumstance guidelines.

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 5+ years of prior experience within the Mortgage industry
  • At least 3+ years of supervisory experience 
  • Proficient in Encompass and DocuSign 
  • Understanding of TRID guidelines
  • Experience with FHA/VA loans

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on posture
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly and efficiently, both verbally and written
  • Detail oriented and ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
