Description:

A dynamic full service CPA and advisory firm in San Diego seeks an Administrative Assistant to join their team on a DIRECT HIRE basis! 

Responsibilities: 

  • Support Tax Partners & Professional Staff
  • A strong advocate of the Firm and promoting a positive environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational & verbal skills
  • Ability to solve problems with a positive attitude
  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, etc.)
  • Ability to learn new software
  • Share administrative duties within the team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Assist with Marketing efforts, RFPs and Firm related projects
  • Develop strong relationships with Strong & External clients
  • Integral part our tax return process

Basic Qualifications: 

  • At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College degree 
  • Ability to work independently, but also work closely within a team
  • Bright personality, good punctuality and attendance
