A specialty pharmaceutical firm which acquired the worldwide rights to an approved and marketed oncology therapeutic seeks an Executive Administrative Assistant in their Summerlin, Nevada office!


This position is responsible for providing direct executive administrative support to the CEO, CFO, General Counsel, Head of Corporate Development and the Sr. V.P. - Sales Operations. The successful candidate will manage executive schedules, provide travel planning and expense report preparation and assume broader responsibilities as office manager.  Flexibility, strong communication and collaboration skills, the ability to anticipate and plan for a dynamic, rapidly growing organization and high attention to details are requirements for the position.


  • Coordination, scheduling and organization of meetings, conference calls and travel; development of communications to the organization and development of various agendas; preparation of expense reports for certain executives; overall management of office / facility requirements
  • Manages executive team calendars and independently schedules calls and meetings, communicates and coordinates with investors and board of directors, interfaces with key consultants, service providers, prospective business partners

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of administrative experience at the executive level. 
  • Experience with Concur or with any contact databases
  • High School Diploma
  • Fully vaccinated for Covid-19 or at least 1st dose scheduled prior to starting the role

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree with at least two years of administrative experience at the executive level
  • Previous experience with a life sciences business 
  • Senior level administrative and support experience; competency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe
  • Professional attitude, flexibility and ability to pivot quickly, capable of efficiently prioritizing work load, and demonstrates the ability to proficiently interact with other managers and departments.
  • High level interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and must be able to handle multiple projects and responsibilities at a given time.
  • Strong judgment
